外贸销售合同并没有一个统一的格式，都是各个公司自己设计专属于自己的格式的。

合同最上方是公司的中英文名称、地址、电话、传真等内容，中间是合同需要订购的产品规格/型号（如果规格/型号太多，也许不会在合同里具体列明，那样的话就还需要做一个形式发票proforma invoice，将所有具体规格/型号列明），然后是买卖双方共同协定的条款，最后是双方的签字盖章。
