5.外贸合同

1。一般签合同前都是给客户先做“ PROFORMA INVOICE”，没有合同正式，但客户一般都要拿着这个去国外的银行申请TT 或者申请LC用的。。 。 个人觉得你应该把做好的合同，打印出来，盖上公司的章，即使是电脑上做出来的章，也要打印出来，再扫描给国外客户。。让国外客户盖上他们的章回传这才是一个完整的合同。。他们有单据要求，你就在你的合同里加上这些单据好了。（前提是你们能做的。。比如PACKING LIST, COMMERCIAL INVOICE, CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN ,BILL OF LADING 等）

2。邀请函，一般建议来过你司或者有合作的客户才给办正式的邀请函。要不然到时候出了责任你司要承担的。。 还要看客户是哪个国家，这种情况下你可以写个邀请函英语的，然后盖上公司的章就可以了。。（信用不好的国家就免了吧）

外贸流程可能各公司的细节上有些细致的不同。但是大概流程是差不多的。
