路透社记者：立陶宛总理周二表示，允许（台方）以“台湾”名义在维尔纽斯开设代表机构，是立方犯下的战略性错误。中方是否考虑与立恢复全面外交关系？首先需要满足哪些条件？

Reuters: Lithuania’s Prime Minister said Tuesday that Lithuania made a strategic mistake by allowing a Taiwanese representative office to open in the capital under the name “Taiwanese.” Would China consider restoring full diplomatic relations with Lithuania, and what conditions would need to be met first?

林剑：中方已经多次就中立关系表明立场。中方同立方沟通的大门始终敞开，希望立方将改善双边关系的意愿转化为实际行动，尽早纠正错误，回到恪守一个中国原则的正确轨道上来，为中立关系正常化积累条件。

Lin Jian: China has stated on multiple occasions its position on China-Lithuania relations. China’s door to communication with Lithuania remains open. China hopes Lithuania will translate the willingness to improve ties with China into action, redress the mistakes as early as possible, return to the right course of upholding the one-China principle and build conditions for normalizing relations with China.

埃菲社记者：据报道，2月5日，王毅外长会见了古巴党和政府特使、外交部长罗德里格斯。请问中方如何评价这次会见？罗德里格斯外长今天是否继续在华访问，有无其他会见安排？

EFE: It’s reported that Foreign Minister Wang Yi met with Cuban Foreign Minister and special envoy of the party and government of Cuba Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla yesterday. How does China evaluate the meeting? Is Foreign Minister Rodriguez still on his visit to China today? Are there any other meetings arranged for him?

林剑：关于王毅外长同罗德里格斯外长会谈的情况，中方已经发布了消息，你可以查阅。我没有更多可以提供的信息。

Lin Jian: On the talks between Foreign Minister Wang Yi and Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla, China has released a readout, which you may refer to. I have no more information to share.

俄新社记者：美国总统特朗普昨天提议与俄罗斯达成一项经过改进、长期有效的新战略武器协议，而非延长昨天到期的《新削减战略武器条约》。中方对此有何评论？

RIA Novosti: Yesterday U.S. President Donald Trump proposed developing a new, improved strategic arms agreement with Russia that can last long into the future instead of extending the New START Treaty that expired yesterday. How does China see and comment on this development?

林剑：关于你提到的媒体报道，中方不掌握具体情况。原则上，从维护全球战略稳定的长远考虑出发，中方呼吁美方恢复同俄方的战略稳定对话，讨论美俄《新削减战略武器条约》到期后续安排，这也是国际社会的共同期待。

Lin Jian: The Chinese side is not familiar with the specifics of the report you mentioned. More broadly, in the long-term interest of global strategic stability, China hopes the U.S. will resume strategic stability dialogue with Russia to discuss the way forward after the New START expires. This is also what the world hopes to see.

彭博社记者：美国总统特朗普在社交媒体发文称，他全力支持日本首相高市早苗参加将于本周末举行的日本国会选举。外交部对此有何评论？在中美元首通话中，双方是否谈及涉日议题？

Bloomberg: In a social media post, Donald Trump said that he gave “complete and total endorsement” to Sanae Takaichi in the Japanese elections this weekend. Does the Foreign Ministry have any comment and also did the topic of Japan come up in the phone call between Trump and Xi earlier this week?

林剑：选举是日本内政，我不予评论。关于中美元首通话，我们已经发布了消息。

Lin Jian: The elections are Japan’s domestic affairs, and I will not make a comment on that. On the phone call between the Chinese and U.S. presidents, we released a readout.

法新社记者：关于巴拿马方面决定撤销长和集团的巴运河港口运营合约事，中国国务院港澳事务办公室本周早些时候曾表示，巴方将为此“付出沉重代价”。有报道称，中国官员正要求国有企业停止涉巴新项目谈判。请问这是“沉重代价”的一部分吗？

AFP: This is regarding the fallout over Panama’s decision to cancel CK Hutchison’s canal contract. Media reports have said that Chinese officials were asking state firms to halt talks over new projects in Panama. Does the Ministry of Foreign Affairs deny that asking state firms to halt project talks was part of the “heavy price” promised by China’s Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office earlier this week in retaliation for the cancellation decision?

林剑：中方此前已就巴拿马有关港口的问题多次阐明立场，这一立场是明确的。你提到的具体情况，请向中方主管部门了解。

Lin Jian: China has made its position clear more than once on relevant issues related to the ports. For anything specific, I’d refer you to competent authorities.

新华社记者：近期展示中式生活的视频在世界各大社交平台走红，“Becoming　Chinese（成为中国人）”已是网络热门话题。我们也注意到前不久英国首相斯塔默访华期间，有外媒驻华记者坦言，在中国生活安全又方便，中国是宜居的好地方。发言人对此有何评论？

Xinhua News Agency: Videos showing Chinese lifestyle practices have recently gone viral in various social media worldwide, and “Becoming Chinese” has been a buzzword online. We also noted that during UK Prime Minister Starmer’s visit to China last month, some foreign journalists in China said that China is a livable country and living here is safe and convenient. What’s your comment?

林剑：很高兴看到越来越多的外国朋友有意愿、有机会感受中国的发展变化，体验中国老百姓的烟火日常。

Lin Jian: Glad to see that more and more foreign friends show interest in experiencing today’s China and exploring the Chinese people’s everyday life here, and that they have the opportunity to do so.

Could you please confirm that such consultations took place? And does China see any possibility of easing tensions and resolving the differences between the U.S. and Iran at this stage?

林剑：昨天，外交部副部长苗得雨、部长助理刘彬分别会见了来访的伊朗外交部副部长加里布阿巴迪。中方已经发布了消息，你可以查阅。中方一直就有关问题同各方保持沟通，希望各方通过对话解决分歧，共同维护地区和平稳定。

Lin Jian: Yesterday, Deputy Foreign Minister Miao Deyu and Assistant Foreign Minister Liu Bin met respectively with Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Kazem Gharibabadi who was visiting China. China released a readout, which you may refer to. China has maintained communication with other parties on relevant issues and hopes that all parties will resolve differences through dialogue and jointly keep the region peaceful and stable.
