August 1st is both the anniversary of the founding of the Chinese People's Liberation Army and the commemoration of the Nanchang Uprising. On that morning, tens of thousands of citizens and tourists gathered at Nanchang's Bayi Square to witness the solemn raising of the five-star red flag!
