6月21日，“夏至未至2025”国际青年创新创业就业分享会在龙华国际合作中心（LICC）拉开帷幕，现场有来自法国、加拿大、哈萨克斯坦、希腊和尼日利亚等28个国家的90多名年轻的国际学生和外籍人士热情参与了本次活动。

The "Ever Summer Ever Future 2025" Innovation, Entrepreneurship, Employment Sharing Session for International Youth was held at the Longhua International Cooperation Center (LICC) in Longhua District on June 21. 

The event was co-hosted by the Foreign Affairs Bureau of Longhua District, Harbin Institute of Technology (Shenzhen), Diligentia College of The Chinese University of Hong Kong (Shenzhen), and La French Tech, and organized by the Longhua International Cooperation Center. 

6月21日，由龙华区外事局、哈尔滨工业大学（深圳）、香港中文大学（深圳）学勤书院、La Frech Tech联合主办，龙华国际合作中心承办的“夏至‘未’至——留学生和外籍青年创新创业就业分享交流活动”顺利举办。

Over 90 young participants, including international students and expatriates from 28 countries such as France, Canada, Kazakhstan, Greece, and Nigeria attended the event.

来自法国、加拿大、哈萨克斯坦、希腊、尼日利亚、摩洛哥、澳大利亚、坦桑尼亚、布隆迪等28个国家的90余名中外留学青年报名参与。

The session kicked off with a presentation by a spokesperson of the global recruitment agency, Michael Page, who shared insights into current trends in the talent recruitment market. 

分享会伊始，全球招聘机构Michael Page的发言人带来当前人才招聘市场趋势的解读。

Representatives from Shenzhen Mate Youth City Industrial Group and Midori Creative then introduced industrial parks in Longhua and overseas startups. They highlighted the support services provided by the Qingchuang Zhiyuan Park for young innovators and entrepreneurs, as well as how overseas creative companies leverage social media for international content promotion.

随后，深圳青创智园实业集团股份有限公司及Midori Creative代表介绍了龙华产业园区及海外初创企业的发展情况，重点展示了青创智园为青年创新创业者提供的服务，以及海外创意企业如何借助社交媒体进行出海和国际内容推广。

During the innovation sharing session, La French Tech HK/SZ highlighted their dedication to assisting international startups in localizing through guidance, resources, and talent support. 

在创新主题分享环节，La French Tech HK/SZ创新中心介绍了如何通过资源指导与人才支持助力国际初创企业实现本地化。

Meanwhile, the representative of UNDP SDG Innovation Lab (HUA HUB), Kou Jimei presented the inaugural “Sustainable International Block Youth Co-Creation Camp,” warmly inviting students to discover practical ways to apply sustainable development principles within megacities. 

联合国开发计划署可持续发展目标创新实验室（HUA HUB）的代表寇纪美介绍了首届“可持续国际化街区—青年共创营”，诚挚邀请青年学子探索如何在特大城市实践可持续发展理念。

Adding vibrancy to the event, the Reda Band, presented by Reverb Music, delivered a live performance that energized attendees.

活动现场，Reda乐队带来了激情四溢的现场表演，为分享会增添了生动活力。

Riyad Ahmad, a Ph.D. student in Management Science and Engineering at Harbin Institute of Technology, Shenzhen (HITSZ) from Bangladesh, expressed the importance of engaging with government initiatives. He also emphasized his commitment to enhancing his resource allocation skills and integrating them into his future entrepreneurial projects. 

来自孟加拉国、哈尔滨工业大学（深圳）管理科学与工程博士生Riyad Ahmad表示，此次活动让他深刻认识到参与龙华区政府相关举措的重要性，并坚定了将资源配置能力融入未来创业项目的决心。

“Attending this event was highly significant as I learned how the Longhua government actively facilitates policy resources for our future development,” he said.

“参加这次活动非常有意义，我了解到龙华区政府如何积极推动政策资源支持外籍青年的发展。”他说。

Jeremy Zefanya Hardy, a master's student in Business Administration from HITSZ and originally from Indonesia, discussed the challenges faced by international students in job hunting and entrepreneurship in Shenzhen. 

来自印度尼西亚的工商管理专业硕士生Jeremy Zefanya Hardy分享了国际学生在深圳求职与创业面临的挑战。

“Mentorship is crucial because finding jobs is tough nowadays. Funding is equally vital for young entrepreneurs,” he noted. Passionate about culinary arts, Hardy shared his aspiration to promote Indonesian cuisine on a global stage. 

“导师指导至关重要，现如今找工作不易，创业资金同样关键。”这位热爱烹饪艺术的青年还表达了将印尼美食推向全球的梦想。

He said that networking opportunities provided by the LICC are essential for shaping his entrepreneurial vision and connecting with partners who share similar startup ideas.

他强调，龙华国际合作中心（LICC）搭建的交流平台对塑造创业愿景和寻找合作伙伴起到了重要作用。

The participants share insights of the event.

The LICC will host a variety of events designed for expatriates to experience the vibrant, international spirit of Longhua District. The program Explore Longhua will feature diverse activities such as greenway cycling tours, football meet-ups, cultural and artistic excursions, and shopping trips in the bustling business district. Each event will thoughtfully showcase and celebrate the unique regional characteristics that make Longhua special.
