The contents of the covering Letter of Credit shall be in strict conformity with the stipulations of the Sales Contract。 In case of any variation there of necessitating amendment of the L/C, the Buyers shall bear the expenses for effecting the amendment。

The Sellers shall not be held responsible for possible delay of shipment resulting from awaiting the amendment of the L/C and reserve the right to claim from the Buyers for the losses resulting therefrom。 4。

China shall be borne by Buyer.中国政府对现行中华人民共和国税法对采购商征收的与合同有关的一切税费均应由采购商承担。 14.2 All taxes and duties levied by the Chinese government on Seller, in connection with and in the execution of Contract, according to Chinese tax laws shall be borne by Seller.中国政府对现行税法对供应商征收的与合同有关的的一切税费应有供应商承担。

Buyer is legally obliged to withhold, as a withholding agent, the amount of taxes pro rata each taxable payment under Contract and pay them to the relevant Chinese tax authorities. After receiving the original tax receipts issued by the relevant Chinese tax authorities for the aforesaid withholding taxes, Buyer shall forward them to Seller without undue delay. Such withholding tax (if any) has been included in the Contract Price stipulated in Clause 3.1.卖方依据预扣税代理单位有义务对本合同应得的收入按比例代扣一定的税费并代向中国税务机关缴税在收到相关税务机构开立的税务原单后，买方应把它转寄给卖方，不要过分的延迟。扣留的税应被包含在合同3.1规定的价格里面。

14.3 All taxes and duties arising outside P. R. China in connection with and in the execution of Contract which are levied against Seller shall be borne by Seller.在中国境外发生一切与本合同有关的税费均由供应商负责。
