一个瞬间，一个过程，一种生活。诗人朴实、冷静的细节描写，不动声色地引领着我们，进入了我们自己曾经有过的经验之中。

在黑暗里，火柴划亮的那一瞬间，突如其来的光芒会让我们一无所见。咄咄的火焰使人“眼花缭乱”，即便睁大了双眼，也看不清隐藏于暗处的事物了“因而在黑暗中你找不到所要寻找的”。这混沌之中我们渴望产生的光明却带来了如此的悖境，不由地想起了夜间行车，在两车相交的那一刹那，我的视觉会出现盲点——刺亮，亮得什么都没有，以至心里发虚，暗生恐惧。

接下来的诗歌中，诗人沿着已经燃起的火柴笔锋一转，夹在指间的火柴燃尽了，留下了什么？是疼痛。清晰的，可感的，自己身体的疼痛——来源于小小的指间、小小的一枚火柴的热焰。而这种疼痛，不仅仅是在幼年的记忆里，也在我们生命的流逝当中。

演绎到最后，不但没有找到所要寻找的，甚至因为疼痛而忘记了所要寻找的。整首诗歌，寥寥四行，看似荒诞，却一点也没夸张，写得入情入理；看似一个微小的瞬间，却隐含和折射了一种生活的普遍。

也许，“一”即是“众”，这短暂中的哲思，带来了长久的玩味。
