One is a charitable school that's self-sufficient in solar energy; the other is the world's largest hydro-floating solar project. Thanks to the "Bright Classroom" run by Phra Panyawachiramoli and the Sirindhorn Dam's shimmering, sci-fi-like landscape, the frequent power outages of the past have been consigned to history. The two projects, the fruit of the integration of Chinese and Thai green technologies under the Belt and Road Initiative, are examples of how clean energy is becoming a shared aspiration for the two countries.
