As rain adds misery to quake-hit areas, the UN says "traumatized and fearful" survivors are in need of food, water and shelter. In an exclusive with CGTN's Wang Guan, Noriko Takagi, representative of UNHCR in Myanmar, urged the international community to step up assistance for quake-affected communities. She commended China, among the first responders to the disaster, for its swift aid efforts.
