英语中的连读方式有好几种，我们来跟大家讲讲最常见的辅音－元音连读（consonant to vowel linking）

What's up? [hwɑts ʌp]

Make a wish. [meɪk ə wɪʃ]

再来举几个例子：

ten hours a day --> [ten nour sa day]

clean up everything  --> [clea nu peverthing]

back away from it --> [ba kaway fro mit]

because of it --> [becau so fit]

Does it make a difference?[ sit ma ka ]

2. 当别人在说话的时候我们打断他们，我们就打断了他们的思路。所以当他们再尝试说话的时候，就很难接着之前停下来的地方继续讲。

【2018.04.21: Do you agree or disagree with the following statement: it's bad behavior to interrupt other people when they are speaking? 】

原稿：

If we interrupt people when they are talking, we have interrupted their train of thought. So when they try to say again, they can hardly pick up where they left off.

范例：

When we cut others off when they are speaking, we interrupt their train of thought. So when they try to talk again, it’ll be difficult to pick up where they left off. 

3. 我们对他人的第一印象往往基于他们的外表，但是外表可能是非常具有欺骗性的，并且外表和一个人的品质性格没有任何关系。

原稿：

The first impression is always based on their appearance, however, appearances can be quite deceiving, and also appearance has little relevance to a person's qualities and personality traits.

范例：

Our first impressions of others are usually based on their appearances, but appearances can be quite deceiving and they have nothing to do with a person’s qualities or personality traits.
